Be prepared to have TSA test your milk at the security check point. It has caught more than one mom off guard (including me the first time). The process only takes a few minutes, however, and you will be on your way.
One mom I spoke with takes her refrigerated bag out of her diaper bag in advance so that she doesn't have to worry about wasting precious time pulling it out on the other end.
